Who is Eligible?
BCG (Tuberculosis)
From the age of 3 months to under 6 months
Polio (Acute poliomyelitis)
From the age of 3 months to under 90 months
DPT vaccine (Stage 1)
From the age of 3 months up to 90 months
DPT vaccine (Stage 2)
From the age of 11 years to under 13 years
Combined measles/rubella vaccine (Stage 1)
From 12 to under 24 months of age
Combined measles/rubella vaccine (Stage 2)
From 5 to under 7 years of age, from one year to one day prior to starting elementary school (from April 1 of the year before a child enters elementary school to March 31 of the following year)
Japanese encephalitis (Stage 1)
From the age of 6 months up to 90 months (Note: the standard age to receive an immunization is 3 years of age or older.)
Japanese encephalitis (Stage 2)
From the age of 9 years to under 13 years
* Up to means until the day prior to the day the child reaches the age indicated. Under means until two days prior to the day the child reaches the age indicated.

Individual: DPT (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus), combined measles/ rubella, DT diphtheria, tetanus), Japanese encephalitis
Mother-Child Health Program
Consultations and medical exam services are available for infants and their parents/ guardians living in the city.
The program includes: The issuance of a Mother and Child Health Handbook, prenatal health exams, prenatal dental exams, family and parenting classes, home visits to expectant/new mothers, baby-food classes, health exams for infants, 1-yearold consultations, 2-year old "happy child" consultations, health exams for 18-montholds, health exams for 3-year-olds, dental exams for 5-year-olds, childrearing consultations.
