Who is Eligible?
BCG (Tuberculosis): From the age of 3 months to under 6 months
Polio (Acute poliomyelitis): From the age of 3 months to under 90 months
DPT vaccine (Stage 1): From the age of 3 months to under 90 months
Combined measles/rubella vaccine (Stage 1): From 12 to under 24 months of age
Japanese encephalitis (Stage 1): From the age of 6 months to under 90 months (Note: the standard age to receive an immunization is 3 years of age or older.)
Combined measles/rubella vaccine (Stage 2): From 5 to under 7 years of age, from one year to one day prior to starting elementary school (from April 1 of the year before a child enters elementary school to March 31 of the following year)
Japanese encephalitis (Stage 2): From the age of 9 years to under 13 years
DPT vaccine (Stage 2): From the age of 11 years to under 13 years
* Under means two days prior to the day the child becomes the respective age.

Mother-Child Health Program
Consultations and medical exam services are available for infants and their parents/guardians living in the city.
The program includes: Maternal and Child Health Handbook, health exams for expectant mothers, dental exams for expectant mothers, classes for mothers and parents, house calls to provide information to expectant/new mothers, baby-food classes, health exams for infants, health exams for 18-month-olds, health exams for 3-year-olds, dental exams for 5-year-olds, childrearing consultations.
