Using the Library
There are six libraries and one branch library in Nishitokyo. Foreign-language magazines are available at the Chuo, Yagisawa, and Hibarigaoka Libraries. To borrow books, you must register for a library card. When registering, please be prepared to show some form of identification that verifies your name and address. Users may borrow up to 30 books and magazines and three CDs/ cassette tapes for two weeks.
