Health Exams

All health insurance subscribers are required by law to undergo Designated Health Exams and Designated Health Counseling.

General Health Exams (individuals aged 40 and older, whose health insurance has changed)

Exam types: Visual, aural, and manual exams, body measurements, blood pressure, blood test (blood glucose, fat, liver function), urine test, waist size measurement.
Exam cost: Free (but patients are responsible for more specific exams and treatment)

Adult Dental Exams

Dental exams (visual inspection, gum disease exam), consultations, and dental health advice are offered to all residents aged 18 and older.
Location: Designated dental facilities
Exam cost: Free (but patients are responsible for treatment)

Cancer Exams

The city offers free cancer screenings to all residents. Exams are conducted to detect cancer of the colon, prostate, stomach, larynx, breast (lung, as well as to detect tuberculosis), and uterus. Eligibility, exam content, and exam periods differ for different types of exams. Inquire for details.
