City Office
The City Office is divided into the Tanashi Building and the Hoya Building. Each building houses offices responsible for different tasks, so be sure to check which building provides the services you need. A free shuttle bus provides transportation between office buildings.

Branch Offices
There are two branch offices in Nishitokyo and these can handle the issuance of Certificates of Foreign Resident Registration, seal registration, the issuance of Seal Registration Certificates, and the payment of taxes and processing fees. Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed weekends, holidays, New Year's holiday)
