Legal Consultations
Free legal consultations are offered by the Japan Legal Support Center. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The center provides information on the legal system, procedures, and relevant institutions and offers legal consultations free of charge concerning matters that fulfill designated requirements. Also, upon further investigation, the center offers loans for legal fees as necessary.

JR East Telephone Center
Operators can respond to inquiries regarding JR East fares and lost-and-found items in English, Chinese and Korean.
