Nishitokyo City Multicultural Center offers consultations on everyday issues for foreign residents, including information on Japanese language classes and information for foreign residents. Contact the center regarding the languages that can be accommodated and hours of service. The center also offers everyday living information, volunteer information, and other materials in multiple languages.
Days:Monday through Friday(closed national holidays and the year-end/New Year’s holidays)
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed 12 noon to 1 p.m.)
