東京都内で居住する外国人の方は年々増加しています。このリレー専門家相談会は、外国人の方が異国で生じる不安や悩みの解消を図り、東京で住みやすくなるよう、通訳を介して行う無料の相談会で、1年かけて都内を回ります。
　2002年から自治体・国際交流協会・NPO法人などが実施しています。
